Welcome to the Information Website for the Dipuglia v. US Coachways, Inc. Settlement.

If You Were Sent a Text Message from US Coachways, Inc., You May Be Entitled to Benefits from a Class Action Settlement.

A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about whether US Coachways, Inc. (“USC” or “US Coachways”) sent text messages to mobile telephone numbers without prior express written consent of the recipients in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 (“TCPA”). USC denies the allegations in the lawsuit, and the Court has not decided who is right.

The Settlement offers vouchers for USC services to all Settlement Class Members and a payment to Settlement Class Claimants.

Your legal rights are affected whether you act or don’t act, so read the contents of this website carefully.
